This website, rehotrust.org, is operated by the Rehoboth Community Trust (“the Trust”, “we”, “us”), a trust registered in Namibia under registration number T221/03, with its office at Plot 16 & 36, Rehoboth Town Lands, Rehoboth, Namibia (postal address: Box 3498, Rehoboth 9000).

By using this website or buying anything from it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, our Delivery Policy, and our Privacy and Security Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We sell digital publications (such as books supplied as PDF files) and, from time to time, tickets or registrations for Trust events. Each product page describes what you will receive.

All prices are shown and charged in Namibian Dollars (N$). Prices are final and include any applicable taxes. There are no delivery charges on digital products, and we never add a surcharge for paying by card.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been paid.

If a product is shown at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Card payments are processed by our bank through its secure online payment page. When you pay, you leave our website and enter your card details on the bank’s page, which is protected by 3D Secure verification.

The Trust never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Your order is confirmed only once the bank has approved the payment. If the payment is declined or cancelled, no order is created and you are not charged.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

You will receive an email receipt for every payment, showing the amount, the date, what you bought, and our website and email address.

Digital products are delivered by download link, and tickets by email, as set out in our Delivery Policy.

Digital publications are protected by copyright, which remains with the author or the Trust. Buying a copy gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and to print it for your own use.

You may not copy, share, upload, resell, distribute or publish the file or any part of it, in any form, without written permission, except for short quotations with proper acknowledgement as allowed by law.

Each copy is personalised with the purchaser’s name and email address. Please keep your copy private.

Proceeds from the sale of this publication are shared between the Trust and the Reho-Genealogy-Group.

Where we sell tickets or registrations, the event page will state the date, venue, what the ticket includes and any conditions of entry.

Your ticket or confirmation is sent by email. Please bring it to the event in printed or electronic form.

Cancellations, changes and refunds for events are covered by section 3 of our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, which you accept when you place an order.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.

This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage it or interfere with other people’s use of it.

To the extent permitted by law, the Trust’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We are not liable for any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet, power or banking system failures.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Namibian law that cannot lawfully be limited.

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order. How we use and protect it is explained in our Privacy and Security Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
